The Women-Led Team Achievement Award recognises a team behind one remarkable result: a project delivered, a target smashed or a crisis handled well.
It is open to teams of every size, in every department and every sector.
Eligibility
Open to teams of any size, in any department and sector, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome. The team must be led by a woman.
Judging criteria
- Entries are judged on the scale of the achievement
- How the team worked together
- The obstacles overcome and the results that followed
Qualitative criteria
- What the team set out to achieve
- How they worked together to do it
- What it changed
Metrics
- Results in figures
- Time, cost or quality improvements
Additional criteria
- Include an account of the achievement
- The results and the part each member played
