About this category
The Women Leader of the Year Award recognises the person at the top, or leading from wherever they sit, whose decisions and example made the biggest difference this year.
Founders, owners, chief executives and senior leaders in every sector are welcome. The judges look for vision, results and a team that is stronger for being led by them.
Eligibility
Open to nominees from every sector, of any size, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome. Open to women.

- Integrity in the way the nominee leads

- Clarity of vision
