This category recognises an organisation creating an exceptional place to work. It celebrates workplaces where people are supported, developed and valued, and where that culture shows up in engagement, retention and performance.
The winner will show a strong, inclusive culture, real investment in wellbeing and development, and evidence that its people agree.
Eligibility
Open to UK-based organisations of any size and sector, with achievements within the last 12 to 24 months. Self-nominations and third-party nominations are both welcome.
