The Retailer of the Year Award recognises a retail business of any kind, selling from shops, online or both, and in any product category, that stood out this year.
The judges look for a clear offer, great service, strong trading and a team that makes buying from them worth it, wherever the customer shops.
Eligibility
Open to retailers and e-commerce businesses of any size and product category, based in or serving the region, trading for at least a year. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
