The Residential Architecture Project of the Year Award recognises a residential project, from a single house to a large scheme, whose architecture is outstanding.
The judges look for design quality, response to context and how well the homes work.
Eligibility
Open to residential architecture projects completed within the last 24 months; entries by the architect, client or contractor, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
