Eligibility
- The business must be a product business serving clients or customers
- Any size of business, from independents to large firms
- Must have been trading for at least one year
Judging criteria
- Growth: revenue, clients and market position over the last one to three years
- Client results: outcomes delivered and satisfaction
- Leadership and culture: how the business is led and how its team is developed
- Standing: expertise, accreditations and reputation in its field
Qualitative criteria
- Clear vision and strong leadership

- Invests in its people
Metrics
- Products launched and sales growth
- Customer reviews and loyalty
- Retail, online or export reach
- Team growth and development
Additional criteria
- Must have been trading for at least 12 months
