The Manager of the Year Award is for the manager whose team delivers, grows and wants to come to work.
It recognises the everyday leadership that turns plans into results: clear direction, fair decisions and real care for the people they manage.
Eligibility
Open to managers, team leaders and supervisors in every sector, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
