The Kitchen Team of the Year Award celebrates a kitchen brigade whose skill, organisation and teamwork produce excellent food every service.
It rewards a kitchen where people learn, support each other and take pride in every plate.
Eligibility
Open to kitchen teams in restaurants, hotels, pubs, cafés and catering, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
