Eligibility
- Open to women-identifying individuals in any sector or profession
- Leaders, advocates, speakers, writers, campaigners and community figures are eligible
- Must be able to evidence influence beyond her immediate role
Judging criteria
- Reach: the breadth of people, organisations or debates she influences
- Change: concrete examples of what has changed because of her
- Advocacy: causes, people or ideas she champions
- Credibility: recognition from peers and her sector
Qualitative criteria
- Confident, persuasive communicator
- Principled and trusted
- Uses influence to lift others
- Forward-thinking
Metrics
- Speaking engagements, publications or media appearances
- Boards, panels or committees served on
- Policy, practice or culture changes she drove
- Audience, following or network size
Additional criteria
- Achievements should fall mainly within the last three years
