Judging criteria
- Impact: measurable improvement in recruitment, retention, engagement or wellbeing
- Initiatives: programmes or policies she designed and delivered
- Culture and inclusion: progress on fairness, diversity and belonging
- Partnership: how she works with leaders to meet business goals
Qualitative criteria
- Trusted by staff and leaders
- Commercially aware
- Champion for fairness and wellbeing
- Practical and people-focused
Metrics
- Retention, absence or engagement improvements
- Time to hire and quality of hire
- Training delivered and uptake
- Diversity and pay-gap progress
- Policies introduced and adopted
Additional criteria
- Achievements should fall mainly within the last three years
