The Hospitality Professional of the Year Award recognises somebody working in any part of hospitality whose skill, care and professionalism stood out this year.
It is open to every role, from reception and service to management, and rewards the difference one person makes to guests and colleagues.
Eligibility
Open to hospitality professionals in any role and at any level, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered
