Eligibility
Open to food safety, pest control, testing and hygiene services businesses serving hospitality, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.
Judging criteria
Entries are judged on improvements in client hygiene ratings and compliance, training delivered, client feedback and retention among hospitality businesses, service and reliability, and growth over the last year.
