Eligibility
- Open to women-identifying creators and women-led digital media businesses
- Websites, blogs, podcasts, video, newsletters, apps and digital publications are eligible
- Must have published regularly over the last 12 months
Judging criteria
- Content: quality, originality and consistency
- Audience: growth, engagement and loyalty
- Impact: influence on readers, listeners or viewers
- Business: monetisation, partnerships or sustainability
Qualitative criteria
- Creative and original voice
- Understands her audience
- Consistent and reliable
- Ethical and trustworthy
Metrics
- Audience size and growth
- Engagement, downloads, views or open rates
- Revenue, sponsorships or partnerships
- Awards or press recognition
Additional criteria
- Achievements should fall mainly within the last three years
- Links to the platform and analytics should be provided
