About this category
The Business Mentor of the Year Award recognises an experienced business person who gives their time and knowledge to help others build and grow businesses.
The judges look for mentees who achieved more because of them, and the generosity and honesty they brought.
Eligibility
Open to business mentors, paid or voluntary, based in or serving the region. Self-nominations and nominations made by others are both welcome.

- Entries are judged on the progress of mentees

- Contribution to the business community

- What they set out to achieve, and why it mattered
- How they work with others
- What people say about them
Metrics
